During the summers apart from my work I also work as a farm laborer and I was dedicated to fruit picking and also packing in the warehouse during the summer season. During the summers I work two jobs at the same time on the morning shift as a fruit picker and in the afternoons as a telemarketer.

In the YOIGO phone company I worked as a technical support agent. I received calls from clients who were having problems with the internet service at home and on their mobile phones. My role was to answer these calls and solve them during the call and if it was not possible to solve the problem on the call, I generated the incident so that a technician could come in person to the customer's home and solve the problem.

In this job I received calls from customers who had a problem with the phone company, in this case the YOIGO company. My role was to answer calls and provide solutions to customers.

In this job as a commercial reviewer. My work was to make a call recording to the clients who contract the services with VODAFONE. I had to make the call to the clients and read them the contract and verify that they are satisfied with what was contracted. Apart from this, I also kept track of sales until the service was installed.

In the ARVATO company I worked as an agent in the withholding department of the VODAFONE company. My role was to make calls to Vodafone customers who were changing companies and try to convince them to stay with the company.

I worked as a telemarketer in the GSS company. My role was to make outgoing calls to non-customers and sell telephony services specifically from the VODAFONE company.
