• Challenge: Management of A400M project in challenging stakeholder environment and Industrial setup. Complex multi-project-Management, involving parties from Industry, Military Agency OCCAR and End Customer (7 Air Forces)
• Clarified industrial workshare (92 Mio€ budget overall). Chaired bi-monthly Customer Meetings. Renegotiated contract and agreed on reasonable & workable products.
