  • Master Thesis: Novel nonlinear frequency conversion sources for the visible and near-infrared, focuses on developing efficient second harmonic generation (SHG) of a continuous-wave Yb-fiber laser at 1064 nm into the green at 532 nm using innovative multi-pass techniques
  • Bachelor Thesis: The generation of circular polarized gas HHG: Modeled ellipsoidal mirrors in SolidWorks and simulated focusing performance via Zemax; Investigated control of polarization/rotation in HHG by tuning dual-circular-field parameters; Designed a vacuum experimental setup for generating circularly polarized harmonics based on simulated conditions.
  • Modelling and characterizing ultrafast tuneable filters: Developed a multiphysics model in COMSOL to simulate the eigenmode properties, dispersion curves, and transient displacement responses of ultrafast tunable filters under time-domain excitation signals.
