• Development of design and optimization studies on the operational processes carried out within the activity of storage, manufacturing, and distribution centers. Some of those activities are: redesign of the optimal layout and design within the warehouse, optimization of the tasks and operations carried out inside, solutions for replenishment management, engineering of management processes in warehouses and stock, shipments, and production.
