Xabier Celaya

- Manage a team of 10 full-time employees to ensure effective operations.
- Oversee and support all finance processes, including month-end close activities.
- Prepare the consolidation of financial statements under IFRS.
- Provide ongoing IFRS-based advisory services, including support during audit processes.

- Finance stakeholder and process owner within the ERP continuous improvement team, proposing and prioritizing finance-related enhancements, participating in UATs, and ensuring system changes align with business and accounting requirements.

-Supervise end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes across group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.

- Lead group-wide P&L and Balance Sheet reporting and controlling, performing variance analysis versus budget and prior periods, and maintaining continuous communication with management on financial performance and deviations.

-Develop and maintain the Risk and Control Matrix (RCM), ensuring the design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of internal controls across finance processes.
