• On the basis of the production schedule created daily schedules including estimated start/end times for each planned scene for the next day and also call times for cast- and crew members
• Kept contact with cast members and extras while off set
• Received cast members on set and guided them through make up and wardrobe keeping the 1st AD updated on the whole process
• Supervised and checked signing of extras' consents making sure nobody steps on set without signing off on it

• Translated auditing contracts from Hungarian to English or from English to Hungarian
• Translated the company's correspondence form and to English language
• Kept regular contact with the company's foreign partners
• Attended meetings to provide accurate consecutive translations of conversations between members.
