• Implementing cost-saving initiatives, resulting in significant reduction in operational expenses, e.g, the so called MRO Predictive Maintenance initiative to increase the aircrafts reliability reducing the AOG (Aircraft on Ground).

Managing consultant of international projects in the aerospace sector, for top tier aircraft manufacturers and operators both in civil and defense.

The dedication included implementing a maintenance optimization program including 13 manufacturing & assembling sites for top tier aircraft manufacturer, from 4 countries in Europe, defining the optimization strategy together with the heads of maintenance in each of the sites, and implementing the new processes.

Working in international projects as SAP Consultant & Team Leader in the Oil & Gas sector implementing SAP and including a permanent residence of 13 months in a regasification plant in Canada as Responsible for the SAP strategy in the site, defining with the board members the requirements and coordinating the implementation to achieve the pursued targets.
