HappyTravel.com is an ambitious UAE-based travel tech startup (B2B wholesaler platform) successfully launched in the UAE market in 2020.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing IT team workflows in YouTrack and conducting sprint planning, retrospective sessions, and demos
- Prioritizing the backlog using an adapted ICE model, considering development cost, commercial impact, and business segments
- Managing business logic and defining tasks for launching MVPs of internal company products
- Constructing Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) and creating user stories
- Evaluating business metrics to refine product strategies and prioritising the backlog

Achievements in numbers:
- Conducted 50+ releases of fintech applications: release notes, media, tests, layout, control of checks from Apple and Google, legal compliance
- Delivered 5 products of the company's White Label solutions
- Onboarded 4 sales managers, 2 marketing managers and 1 CBDO as a result the lead-to-sale conversion rate improved from 0.54% to 5.7%
- Raised sales 235% (compared to the same period)
- Enlarged product line with 3 new WL products
- Raised partners’ network from 3 to 27 companies

Responsibilities:
- Search for partners, agreements signing and integration of their API into the aggregator
- Managing a development team of 3-5 people
- Verification and validation of content for social networks
- Organization of cross-promotion with partners
