It was a huge success, and other hotels followed suite.
  • Successful implementation of company project to introduce a service centre in my area in addition to having hotel reps, and seeing-in and -off customers.
  • Effective liaison with hotel and key suppliers in Ibiza and Fuerteventura to reduce customer complaint ratios to less than.
  • Suggested and carried through a project for a monthly suppliers newsletter, showcasing excellence in all aspects of the hospitality industry, which was a great success.
