Paris 2024 - Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games

• Sports expert for BMX and Mountain Bike since Rio 2016, assuring applications such as CIS (Commentary Information System), OVR (Olympic Venue Results), Scoreboard and Website meet the requirements defined by ORIS (Olympic Results and Information Services) established by the IOC (International Olympic Committee), UCI Regulations (International Cycling Union) and OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Services).
• Conduct/participate in the following milestones defined by the IOC, the Organizing Committee and OBS: CIS UVT (user validation test) and CIS UAT (user acceptance test), Multi-Sport testing (MST), Technical Rehearsal (TRs) and Homologation test, where IOC, Organizing Committee, UCI and Omega test the application and approve the operational readiness.

European Championships Munich 2022

• Coordination of all timing, scoring and results processes for the European Championships.
• The management and monitoring of various event-related service providers such as ATOS, RIEDEL and PRG are part of the core tasks and define the interfaces in the local organization committee.
• Planning and review of the services provider’s services such as: Data exchange formats, web service, commentator information services, results list, applications, and content for sports specific scoreboards are included in the scope of work.

Beijing 2022 - Olympic Winter Games

• Responsible for monitoring the system behavior for all distribution and multi-feed distribution channels (51 in total) provided by OBS and troubleshooting when something was amiss.
• The broadcast data feed (BDF) is a data feed designed for the Rights Holders Broadcasters (RHBs) that includes the Sport Contents (Schedules - both OBS transmission and competition schedule, Live results - including start lists, play by plays, stats, brackets, rankings, etc, Medals, Participants) as well as broadcast information (TvGraphics, Metadata, VideoLogging Info).

Tokyo 2020 - Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games

• VRM for BMX Racing and Mountain Bike cycling disciplines, with the addition of BMX FreeStyle, which was a new sport discipline for the Tokyo Games.
• Providing all the infrastructure, applications and services necessary to capture, produce and communicate sports results and other basic competition information for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as in the pre-Games test events.

• Responsible to support Oi business and its processes through the Testing Area, from the support to the specification of requirements to the definition criteria for acceptance of critical projects.
• I also defined the strategy and test plan for the project milestones.

Rio 2016 - Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games

• Responsible for planning, testing, delivery and operations of results infrastructure, systems and services for Cycling BMX and Cycling Mountain Bike disciplines on Test Events and Games time for Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
• Managed the development and maintenance of venue project plans.
• Prepared, managed, and executed all phases of results integration testing, including UAT and homologation tests.
• Coordinated the installation and commissioning of results equipment and systems at competition venues and ensured readiness for the start of competition.

• Petronect (Petrobras) – Functional SAP: Functional analysis, requirement gathering with users of a supplier registration system developed with SAP platform -Supplier Relationship Management (SRM Module), unit and integration test.
• Oi Siebel – Quality Assurance: Worked with the Accenture audit team (Methods/HPD) to guarantee the acceptance of the Siebel project on the Accenture Delivery Methods – ADM (internal methodology).
• Oi BPO – Transition Team: Transition of the IT areas to a new Accenture Delivery Center of Accenture, involving infrastructure items and furniture.
• Oi AO – Testing Quality Assurance: Monitored and controlled test performance indicators for Outsourcing projects (Arbor, Siebel, BI, OSS platforms). Managed high complex and multi-systems demands. Created internal indicators of test to measure the delivery quality. Performed defect tracking using HPQC.

• Coordinated a production support team doing the interface between the system developers and the final users (Billing system of telecom users).

• Responsible for implementing IT process improvements to attend the user area.
