  • Dealt with customer's requirements for their enterprise structure in SAP, including customizing of the system, functional design of new workflows as well as extension of GL accounts.
  • Managed to increase business with active clients (Dufry & Inditex) by upgrading the solution package initially agreed upon.
  • Contacted former clients and successfully managed to close a project for one of them (estimated revenue of 150k € ).
  • Accomplished 70% of my annual target within the first 6 months.

CRM Administrator & Customer Experience (FTC)

  • Cold calling to individuals who previously attended events from other companies of the Ineos group.
  • Proactively managed to get new leads/prospects through email campaigns.
  • Successfully managed to convert some leads into clients (13 reservations in the UK, 8 in Spain, 4 in the US and 2 in Germany), increasing sales team conversion rate a 60%.
  • To implement C4C (as a replacement for Salesforce), whilst helping to set up a call center in Liverpool (hence customizing the new CRM in order to include the new customer agents) prior to the release of the Ineos Automotive, a brand new vehicle.
  • Worked closely with the Customer Experience Manager in order to define the SLA's and further specifications that the business required in the new CRM (for example, exclusive visibility of VIP clients for managers only).

  • During SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for clients, my role was to customize financial tools in the SAP system to offer solutions adjusted to the business needs.
  • Assisted the project manager in the definition and planning of the milestones, task assignment, deadlines for completion, execution and performance control.
  • Created Business Blueprints and Functional Design documents.
  • Configured 500+ company codes in SAP and met all deadlines set by the project manager. Over 40 IT incidents dealt with every week.
