Having worked with Alumina’s for over 8 years as commercial supply chain supervisor and in total 17 years in the customer service group in Alcoa (Metal/Alumina), I know the market, competition and above all, external/internal requirements. Customer care and communication has always been the backbone of all my previous roles. I am also very much aware of all sales support processes, which makes me prepared and extremely motivated to accept a new professional challenge of this kind. More than 20 years of experience in customer management, communication internal with the different departments and external, project developments, control and follow up of the business.
