• I spearheaded the implementation of a two-phase Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the Greater Amman Municipality. Currently, I am overseeing the implementation of Phase 2 (2024-2026), with a primary focus on enhancing the HR module. • Successfully led and executed a comprehensive digital transformation initiative, resulting in the successful implementation of 134 digital services, aligning with national and sectoral goals, leading to significant improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and citizen satisfaction.
• Developed and launched a comprehensive 10-year smart city roadmap for Amman, encompassing a detailed analysis of urban challenges, identifying key priority projects in areas such as transportation, energy, environment, and citizen services, and outlining a strategic framework for their implementation.
