Summary

I have been teaching English in southern Spain for 14 years, and I still greatly enjoy working with the general public. I also fully understand that one of the most important aspects of the job is customer/parent communication. This ensures that a strong relationship is formed with customers (students and parents), which consequently gives parents confidence that an innovative, fun, motivational and safe environment is provided.

This mindset of customer service excellence is something I have employed throughout my career, whether it has been as a service engineer, service manager or sports coach.
