• I have played a critical role in the success of over a hundred international shoots in more than 20 countries.
• Some of my key accomplishments include acting as the main point of contact for clients and fixers, managing production and coordinating international shoots remotely, preparing and managing budgets for clients, finding the right locations for shoots, handling cross-cultural communication, and building a global network of fixers from scratch.

FIXERS IN SPAIN is a leading production services company that provides end-to-end support to foreign production houses filming in Spain.

• Developed and maintained relationships with clients mainly from the UK and USA. Led project management and was the main point of contact for clients throughout the production process.
• Managed budgets and negotiated with vendors.
• Conducted location scouting, research, pre-production, and acted as a fixer for major projects on the ground.

• As a fixer, my role involved project management and filling the gaps, and catering for whatever was needed at any given moment.
• It could go from workflow and system implementation to logistics, negotiation with vendors, legal aspects, health and safety, welfare, etc.
• I've had the opportunity to coordinate a graduation event in 4 countries simultaneously and be part of a 3-week residency in Portugal, where my job implied many different skills and focus.

• Local Line Producer in Spain for 4 out of 6 episodes of 'The Climb' series for HBO MAX, US, featuring Chris Sharma and Jason Momoa.
• Successfully managed a budget of 3M€ and provided weekly justification to the client using their templates.
• Implemented efficient systems to optimize teamwork in handling logistics, travel, transportation, catering, allergies, visas, insurance, contacts, and hiring.
• Supervised and coordinated the remote office team to ensure timely delivery of all project resource needs.
• Sourced and negotiated with suppliers, securing agreements that fit within the budget.
• Conducted forward planning and location scouting to identify the most suitable locations for the production.

• Developed and launched a unique platform that enables a community of members to share and discover the hidden gems of the world.
• Project Management of a team of 9 professionals, including the software development team, designed the roadmap and mockups, oversaw community management and engagement.
• Secured seed funding (F&F, Business Angels, ENISA fund in Spain).

• Built the department from the ground up and established partnerships and agreements with local and national cultural institutions
• Organized over 42 cultural events in 16 Spanish cities

• Coordinated and obtained funding for the training seminars called 'Mediterranean Films Crossing Borders' funded by EUROMED (EU Commission fund). Identified talent in the Mediterranean region and showcased them in the industry.
• Acted as press agent and led the Opera Prima 'Heaven's Doors' to Berlin film festival's official selection.
• Coordinated the 'Morocco specials' for Variety (acted as a fixer on the ground)
• Consulted for several Spanish and European institutions on Mediterrean culture.
