· Proactively communicated project status and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the execution of Ad Effectiveness studies. Created a system for managing all my clients on time. Built a structure with all information of the clients including contract dates. Despite of technical issues on the new vCE tool, by working closely with clients, working closely with support team in AdEffx, I could manage many contract renewals on international client in 2020. This generated more revenue for the company

· Contributed new ideas to improve existing processes and process automation. Archived to use different tools efficiently and accelerated the processes . Teams from OUS and US could also leveraged. Examples are adserver reports integration, using smart alerts, finding system bugs and fixing with technical teams.

· Impacted on building good relationships with clients. I had positive feedback from clients such as Cadreon UK, Mediacom Israel, Slovenian Tourist account etc. This was also shared to global Comscore teams via DPS Rocks mail group by my director Christy Lewis at the time. Building strong relations within the company AdEffx Support, Billing Team, APAC team etc.

· Worked on OM and Comscore SDKs implementation, Viewability, Brand Safety, Sophisticated Invalid traffic, JavaScript, API and HTML architecture.

· Trained clients through AdEffx products. Archived major points such as understanding client’s needs and provide training accordingly for a more intensive use of the data.

· Always searhed for industry news shared wih teammembers and also with clients.

· Archived to add new ad server integrations such as Turn and Ad Form ad servers so that globally all AdEffx teams could benefit.

· Received Shooting Star Award in Q1 2018 for my role in AdOps Hybrid Team. Here is the comments shared to the company:

Sinem has been a key team player in the OUS since she joined the AdOps Hybrid Team one year ago. She has managed one of the most unique accounts, including Telecinco or the Trial for the Slovenian Tourist Organizations, and is currently helping manage clients in UK, Spain and Israel. Sinem shares industry news and knowledge during monthly meetings. She understands what it means to be part of a team, improving processes and honoring the innovation cultural value by the automatization of ad server reports emerging internationally, such as the AdForm reporting. Sinem is a great example of a shooting star and greatly deserves this award.
