Designing and developing educational materials, thorough knowledge of the Cambridge English qualification exams and above all, excellent rapport with students and faculty. Additionally, I conduct lessons through Zoom or Google Meets, which may seem restrictive, but has pushed me to think innovatively and creatively, bringing a fresh perspective to my lessons. Furthermore, having the possibility to teach students from ages 8 to 60 has admittedly been difficult on some occasions but has taught me become completely flexible and adaptable to the student's individual needs.

Worked with the academy owner and head teacher to create invigorating and engaging lesson plans based on child-led interests. Honed my skills in managing a small classroom of 2 to 6 students, ages six to seventeen.

Upheld the highest levels of honesty and dignity; worked closely with management to provide a seamless and comfortable hospital experience for patients and next of kin. Helped to develop and implement protocols for future ward administrators, and helped increase bed flow in the department by proactively contacting the bed manager.

Provided high-quality patient-centred support and received consistently positive feedback. Kept a strict work routine and organisation. Strived to maintain a diligent and clear line of communication between patients and nursing staff.
