Sales Milestones

  • Won operational project /technical infrastructure to provide multi lingual, multi channel customer support - including design and build new CRM system specifically for appliance insurance and warranty management for new Amazon insurance product line, in partnership with Warranty Group. Total contract value $25m also Led to US expansion and additional brand adoption in Latin America
  • Led the sales team that closed a $18m contract to transfer US Based Appliance and Auto Warranty business to Mexico. Our solution involved a 32% annual cost reduction for the client and achieved 10% improvements in CSAT scores, as well as 15% agent effort automation through chatbots
  • Won a global digital transformational solution for a leading airline company predicated on a Salesforce.com implementation across 4 countries and 1,000 FTE, delivering 30% savings over 3 years, based on a total contract value of over $90m combination of infrastructure systems, CRM, Bots and process automation to achieve efficiency savings
  • Won and built Just Eat customer service from 10 seat operation to 1100 seat multi lingual and multi channel programme, adding $28m pa top line growth to Sitel. Analytics solution and CX measurement and actionable insight programs build on new product/location analytical requirements
  • Carved out and Off shored the entire Just Eat Madrid operation to Colombia, resulting in a 10% increase in EBITDA for the account
  • Sold, designed and implemented the largest Consumer electronics software based NPS programme, covering 39 countries and over 1 million responses per month resulting in operational improvements that added $18m to top line growth and $4 million to the bottom line
  • Led bid team and secured contract with Lloyds Banking Group worth $31m in Software revenues alone, the largest Robotic Process Automation deal in Openspan’s history to transform and automate Lloyds Banking Group manual processes as part of a $1.5 billion simplification program, resulting in $21million PA savings. Partnered with IBM GS to deliver project.
