Reporting to the CEO, I am responsible for:

• Coordinating ICT input for the government hospital project, collaborating with county health departments, MoH representatives, and Sunview project managers.

• Supervised a multidisciplinary team during the Readiness Assessment across 7 counties and 30 Level 5 and Level 4 hospitals, ensuring effective coordination between internal support, field operations, and project teams.

• Led Sunview PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) deployment and performance assessments in multiple public hospitals across the country.

• Coordinating with radiologists, biomedical engineers, software engineers, and hospital management to optimize configurations, evaluate performance, and resolve user challenges.

• Spearheading system optimization initiatives in various counties, ensuring consistency and interoperability across facilities.

• Overseeing internal ICT infrastructure supporting ERP, and CMMS platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and uptime.

• Developed and implemented ICT operational standards and policies, including user access controls and data management procedures.

• Developed and implemented a data protection framework aligned with the Kenyan Data Protection Act (2019).

• Designed and rolled out ICT security and risk management policies, covering data classification, access control, and system audit trails.

• Promoting proactive communication and technical excellence within the ICT department, improving cross-functional collaboration and morale.

Reporting to the Asst ICT Specialist, I was responsible for:

• Maintaining up-to-date licenses and certifications for dependable software and systems compliance.
• Delivering clear thorough IT services support to technical and non-technical staff for smooth company operations.
• Providing support through managing and maintaining high-performing systems infrastructure whilst closely monitoring functionality
• Accurately and efficiently integrating third-party software applications, optimizing effective business use.

Reporting to the Director, I was responsible for:

• Compiling and populating all relevant records to the trial balance level.
• Reconciling Banking.
• Managing stations' accounts receivable.
• Reviewing weekly financial statements prepared by accountants.
• Preparing monthly financial reports.
• Coordinating smooth operation of monthly payroll, facilitating timely Employee payments.
• Managing accounts to ensure compliance with accounting principles and policies.

Reporting to the Security Analyst, I was responsible for:

• Monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats and vulnerabilities using EDR and XDR tools such as Stellar Cyber, Sophos, and AlienVault.
• Undertaking incident response activities and carrying out the necessary measures to maintain security threats.
• Conducting security risk assessments and investigations.
• Implementing and maintaining security controls to conform with the relevant standards.
• Keeping up with emerging trends in Cybersecurity, including threats and technologies.

Reporting to the Senior Infosec Analyst, I was responsible for:

• Monitoring organizational networks and systems to detect and respond to security threats in real time.
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Analyzing and investigating security incidents, escalating critical issues, and recommending corrective actions.
• Implementing and maintaining security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Preparing incident reports and security documentation for management and regulatory purposes.

Reporting to the Director, I was responsible for:

• Managing the Content Provision Unit (CPU) - Creating Skiza tunes, uploading them to the Skiza portal and other supporting activities related to the task.
• Managing the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) - working hand in hand with field agents, ensuring productiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Digital marketing and providing IT support.
