Compliance with and reporting as required for all OSHA logs, DOL forms, and GC/owner safety requirements.

Creation of Jobsite Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analysis.

Coordination/documentation of daily pre-task safety assessments.

Oversight of monthly General Contractor payment applications.

Administration of Commercial, Workers Compensation, General Liability insurance, payroll, tax reporting, financial/prequalification requirements, employee appreciation program.
