Beginning in Gouda, Netherlands, Senofestivals quickly gained traction under Sander's visionary leadership. Over the years, Sander orchestrated a strategic pivot, steering the company's focus towards the electrifying realm of Techno events. This transition propelled Senofestivals into the forefront of the event organizing scene across seven different cities in the Netherlands. Sander Tamis assumed a pivotal role as the Resort Director for The Alpine Generation, overseeing operations across La Plagne, Morzine, and Three Valleys in France. Tasked with revitalizing and expanding the resort's offerings, Sander embarked on a multifaceted approach aimed at elevating guest experiences while fostering robust partnerships and community relations.

In his role as Campsite Manager for Roan, Sander Tamis assumed responsibility for the seamless operation of two prestigious campsites, namely Campsite Piantelle 4* and Campsite Villagio Europa 4*. Charged with ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, Sander executed his duties with precision and dedication

In this role, Sander Tamis efficiently managed kitchen and cleaning teams across 25 chalets in St. Anton am Arlberg. His focus on smooth day-to-day operations ensured guests enjoyed exceptional service and cleanliness. Sander's proactive approach optimized efficiency and upheld the resort's reputation for luxury and hospitality.

Managed a diverse team of 70 individuals in an international setting, directing daily operations encompassing cleaning, reception, maintenance, and guest services.

Sander Tamis efficiently supervised all operational and logistical aspects of Covid testing initiatives at multiple locations. In Amsterdam North and Amsterdam RAI event venue, he managed coordinators, acted as the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring seamless testing operations. Additionally, at XL Testing Street in Utrecht's Jaarbeurs event venue, Sander oversaw setup, workflow optimization, and adeptly resolved logistical challenges, contributing to the success of testing operations.

At Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, Sander Tamis supervised trade fairs and events while also managing catering teams, facilities, and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

During his tenure at Teka Groep, Gouda, and The Hague, Sander Tamis excelled as an Event Manager and Location Manager. He prepared quotations, coordinated and supervised events, managed staff, and served as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful event execution and client satisfaction
