• Administer and support CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
• Perform privileged account onboarding, safe creation, and policy enforcement.
• Configure and manage automated password rotation, session monitoring, and access control policies.
• Conduct health checks, patch updates, and version upgrades of CyberArk environments.
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, target platforms (Windows, UNIX), and third-party tools.
• Provide L2 support for PAM incidents, service requests, and platform troubleshooting.
• Generate audit reports and assist in access reviews for internal compliance and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, AD, and Application teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, implementation guides, and change logs.
• Perform Windows and Linux patch management.
