Greetings, I am Sadegh Raoufi Fard, an architect deeply devoted to sustainable design and timber solutions. With a master's in Architecture and Energy from the University of Tehran, I possess a profound understanding of creating eco-friendly structures. At the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), I embarked on a fulfilling journey collaborating with a skilled team on innovative projects in alliance with New European Bauhaus. Together, we explored timber's potential in crafting transformative and environmentally conscious spaces. Engaging in YAC's prestigious moon station competition further fueled my passion for space architecture. Currently, I am wholeheartedly engaged in an ambitious project at IAAC, where we are designing an advanced timber mobile home as my final master's endeavor. This exciting venture, culminating in August 2023, allows me to explore the fusion of mobility, sustainability, and cutting-edge timber construction techniques. Eager to push the boundaries of design and create inspiring spaces, I constantly seek opportunities to make a positive impact on people and the planet.
