Responsible for the running of the 2nd line and on site IT function in the UK. Ensuring day to day operations are performed effectively across 5 offices supporting ~1600 staff in addition to maintaining the Service Delivery pipeline, delivering small to major projects as required by the business. Recent achievements include:
Providing IT Support to all staff across the business and local support to the Cambridge office of ~400 staff.
Sole member of staff to provide support to the London office of ~50 staff. During this time in addition to
performing BAU support tasks, I worked to support 2 office moves (London and Cambridge), transition to VDI
environment, move of core infrastructure to offsite data centre and rolled out secure release printing
This was a year placement as part of my degree, during this time in addition to my studies I worked full time
to provide IT Support to members of staff and students across the school and boarding houses. This year
gave me insight into how an IT organisation functions to serve a wider business and supported my professional development.
