• Management of incidents that occur at the airport, notifying via email all those affected by the follow-up of the incident.

BBVA Bancomer

My team improved the flow of data through each of the digital channels that exist for the Insurance process, the objective was to deliver an As-Is and later a To-Be with the technological and process improvements.

Santander RDA Capital

Management of technological projects within the Capital area, understanding the needs of the client and being a bridge between the technological areas that develop the projects and the client.

Sabadell Regulatory Reporting

Management of the Inventory of regulatory reports made manually to automate them, for this a functional and technical analysis was carried out on how to make these reports for both Banxico and the CNBV. An analysis of 250 reports was also carried out.

Santander AORM (Advanced Operational Risk Management)

The project created a Program for Cultural Change and Transformation in the way of Managing Risk throughout the Santander Group, in order to meet the regulatory specifications. My contribution to the project was to be the Data and Reporting specialist as well as the Governance.

Santander RDA (Risk Data Aggregation)

Managed the project to perform effective risk data aggregation and risk reporting in order to equip Senior Management with the information needed to manage strategies

Brinks (Securities Transfer): Oracle Process Design and Implementation R12

Lead the inventory module in Oracle as part of the Brink Mexico implementation, gathering functional local business requirements, and updating existing business process flows.

I was in charge of the workshops and led the workshop sessions with the client, registering all the necessary requirements needed in the Oracle system, as well as the creation and / or update of the deliverables.

Hidrosina (Gas stations): Process reengineering and continuous improvement

Identify, propose and validate the improvements of the income flow of Hidrosina credit clients, for the processes and policies of the administration and systems areas to comply with the business requirement and the leading practices of the industry. Responsible for the documentation of the current state to know and map needs and opportunities for improvement in the client's processes. Implement the "quick hits" of the process, with a detailed and documented plan, as well as a "roadmap" for improvements.

AICM (Mexico City Airport): Oracle Process Design and Implementation R12

Development and documentation of current status survey workshops to map needs and opportunities for improvement in customer processes. Carry out the analysis of the best business practices and prepare proposals for process improvement.

Define, design and document the future state based on the implementation of Oracle Sales Contracts and Property Management modules.
