• Drafting and negotiation of IP contracts (copyright and trademarks).

• Head of Trademark Foreign Department with three people under my supervision.
• Registration, advice, defense, and legal procedures for European ‘EUIPO’, International ‘WIPO’ and national trademarks.
• Preparing submissions for proceedings before EUIPO, including opposition briefs, submissions in cancellation actions, observations, proof of use, proof of reputation, etc.
• Negotiating trademark disputes, as well as drafting contracts (coexisting agreements mainly).
• Trademark clearance searches and many reports concerning trademark conflicts.
• Draft reports to improve or start a company's trademark protection strategy in all over the world.
• Commercial tasks with foreign clients (mainly from Asia and LATAM together with departmental tasks – Preparation of budgets including fees and invoicing, organization tasks, etc.).
• Preparing and attending meetings with clients, international trips to build customer loyalty and win new business.

• Advising, protection, defense and judicial proceedings of trademarks, designs, denominations of origin, audio-visual law, and copyright.
• Registration, negotiations, and legal defense of domain names on the Internet as well as other Intellectual and Industrial Property rights.
• Drafting and study of all types of contracts: leasing of services, script orders, contracts for assignments and licenses, co-production, collaboration of companies in the joint development of audio-visual projects, confidentiality agreements, distribution contracts; etc.
• Advice on all types of issues arising from audio-visual production.
• Drafting of different legal documents and contracts for the digital environment, Data Protection and New Technologies.

• Trademark portfolio management, surveillance, maintenance and defense against third parties (before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office ‘OEPM’, the European Union Intellectual Property Office EUIPO and the World Intellectual Property Office ‘WIPO’).

• Responsible for legal advice on intellectual property issues and support in all the Organization's ordinary activities.
• Development of a Worldwide Geographical Indications Database.
