- Since I was 15 years old, I have worked every summer in the family ice cream shop. This experience has taught me how important communication is, especially being able to speak multiple languages since most of the time the tourist were from all over the world. My shifts could last from 7 to 13 hours of work per day. I learned how important work is, especially when young, and this taught me discipline. In other words, it taught me to work without complaining and without ever watching the clock.
