• I was responsible for - transporting people from airport to our company place - answering questions about prices and vehicles - taking bookings and explaining the terms of rental agreements - recording a car’s condition and make notes of damages - managing money from clients - solving issues with customers.
• I was also responsible for selling extras: insurance based on customer’s needs and providing customer service.
• Provided comprehensive advice on vehicle features, insurance options, and additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Managed social media platforms, posting engaging content to engage with potential buyers and sellers.
• Talking with customers on the phone and getting new companies to collaborate, ensuring they have positive experience from start to finish
