I am an experienced and knowledgeable sales professional, with 12 years experience working in National Accounts departments of three of the top companies in the electric vehicle charging industry. I am a supremely organised and driven individual who is committed to exceeding revenue targets by maximising sales opportunities with new and existing clients. I have been a qualified electrician for two decades, and my success in sales focuses on educating new clients in the basics of EV charging and helping them understand their own needs to install charging in their commercial car parks. I am the positive motivator within a team, and I have the ability to build trust to new prospects quickly. To date I have sold a total revenue of £3.5 million at Pod Point, and am now looking for a fresh start with a new company, providing me with new challenges for the final years of my career.

This was a new team set up in order to be able to not only see a potential new customer, but allow us to be able to give the customer the quote on the same day!

Previously to this it had taken up to five weeks.

This system of creating an electrical survey and installation costings was so successful that my team exceeded their target every year. I am still obtaining new business from those days even now.

I had a distinct advantage in that I was already a qualified electrician and therefore could explain exactly what was and what was a not achievable on any particular site without having to refer to our own electricians at head office.

I was involved in setting up the initial structure and areas of the UK. My region was the entire Midlands area.

Due to my time working as an Electrician, I had a very good relationship with many of the electrical wholesalers who would often pass on leads to me.

My remit was to target Workplace, Destination Charging and car dealerships where I believe I was particularly effective. Some of the more memorable dealerships that I did business with were, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai and Volvo.
