Ω Implementing Agile Testing practices:

• continuous sessions with developers
• review test cases with development before implementation - planning test approaches for feature ( bottlenecks, corner cases)
• defect management
• exploring root cause
• monitoring platform (Grafana, Kibana, Rancher, ArgoCD)
• shift left / shift right practices
• agile test quadrants categorizing - Integration of testing throughout the development cycle

Ω Preparing quality assurance metrics and reporting on demo sessions to associated stakeholders

Ω Participating in cross projects ceremonies with another QA engineers

Responsibilities:

Ω PO and PM sessions (Gathering product requirements, improving documentation)

Ω Design test artefacts (test planning, checklists, test cases, test reports, test tracing strategy ect.)

Ω Development custom test framework from scratch (Python, AllureReport, Docker ect)

Ω Implement full stack test automation API / UI / load (Python, Selenium, Locust ect.)

Ω Define test strategy at different stages of product development (test prioritization planning, risk estimation, automation coverage estimation)

Ω Taking part in CI/CD (Microsoft Azure pipeline, Yaml)

Ω Defect management (monitoring defect lifecycle, root cause investigation, confirmation testing)

Ω Platform monitoring support (Grafana, k9s)

Ω Implementing Agile best practice (plannings, refinements, technical ceremonies, retro ect.)

Responsibilities:

Ω Perform manual checks: E2E, Sanity, Exploratory, System Testing, Integration tests Ω Maintenance / Execution of Integration tests

Ω Providing QA metrics and product condition reports
