Summary

I am a very serious person and extremely precise in the work am doing. Strongly reliable and tireless worker. Great experience in front office and customer care, due to 15 years of civil aviation, always in the same airline, all documented with payroll and contract dating back to 2007. Extraordinary problem solving and teamwork skills built and refined as well as thousands of hours flight in close contact with passengers and cultures from all over the world as well as with colleagues of different ethnicities, ages and backgrounds where in many situations we had had to solve extremely quickly even serious problems of various kinds, from simple delays due to bad weather to those more serious due to heart attacks on board up to severe turbulence in the middle of the ocean.
Furthermore, I must add that the last 6 years of work in Neos air, the name of the airline, I had an indefinite vertical contract which left 6 months a year free to do other types of work, ranging from the delivery boy, technician computer, customer service, technical assistance, hostelry up to the tour guide.
