Area of responsibilities;

• Controlling the preparation of management plans, budget, construction work plans and revisions of them.
• Monitoring the realized budget, schedules and reports work efficiency and financial cash flow charts.
• Making optimizations on budget to decrease the cost of project, and to increase the profitability.
• Managing the on-site works, giving work orders and controlling the production quality on site by daily.
• Examining the projection for the end of project, determining the potential defects and taking precautions before they occurred.
• Controlling and approving the material supplying plans, machinery-equipment costs.
• Keeping up the coordination and communication between different disciplines of the project, in order to manage the project activities regular and fast way.
• Controlling the advance payment reports regularly for each quartal to the client within the proper of the contract and the company’s rights.
• Auditing the site within the compass of Health and Safety Regulations.
• Coordinating the tender prosses and examining the tender documents.
• Choosing the best suitable sub-contractors or suppliers for project and giving the preliminary approval for tender.

Queen Central Park Bomonti, Residence Project

Istanbul, TURKEY

*1.095 flats, 58 floored residence construction

Area of responsibilities;

• Carried out the whole activities and systems in project according to management policies specified by the board of company.
• Controlled the preparation of management plans, budget, construction work plans and revisions of them. Monitored the realized budget, schedules and reports based on man-hour efficiency and financial cash flow charts.
• Examined the projection for the end of project, determined the potential defects and taking precautions before they occurred.
• Controlled and approved the project organization chart, material supplying plans, machinery-equipment programs composed by the contractors.
• Planned, monitored and reported the audition of QA/QC system to the board.
• Kept up the coordination and communication between different disciplines of the project, in order to manage the project activities regular and fast way.
• Organized the coordination between the contractors and the government effectively to provide a wellcommunicated work, and also made information flow between the board and the site.
• Managed and planned the relations between the contractors and the consultant.

• Prepared Interim Payment Certificates and got approval from the Employer, organized the preparation of subcontractors Payment Certificates.
• Checked and approved subcontractors’ monthly progress payments.
• Prepared unit price analyses, additional policies and submitted to client for approval.
• Monitored the progress rate for the subcontractors by considering realised manhours.
• Casted up the realized costs, and compared with the planned costs for all works.
• Coordinated with account office for monthly budget analysis and forecasts.
• Prepared and calculated Cash-Flow documents.
• Computed and prepared tender documents.
• Organized correspondences and made comparison charts for new subcontractors.

Area of Responsibilities;

• Worked as Field Engineer specially based on field constructions.
• Worked as Site Chief; organization of subcontractors in the field, preparation of daily and weekly reports to the project manager, calculation and checking subcontractor’s and contractor’s monthly progress payments.
• Managing procurement process from construction site and ordering supplies.
• Revised as-built projects by getting the information from the field for progress payments.
• Worked on the calculation of final account, and price analyzing.
• Gave information to the government’s control commissioners on investigation search on the construction area.
