- Turnaround of Crew Management. The company had outsorced its full crewing from an in-house system to a third party managed system. Budget over-runs were in excess of half a million per month. Identified new suppliers, and turned the crew management around and under budget within 1 year.
- Set up and implementation of the Fleet Digitisation project, which included a Fleet Control Centre setup, generated fuel savings in excess of 12%; this equated to approximately 9 million sterling per year in savings.
