Accountabilities / Major end results

• Responsible for delivery of A380 Section 19 according to Programme commitments and CoE planning on time, quality, cost and performances.
• Control of internal cost (Recurrent & Non Recurrent Cost) ensuring cost targets and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead and ensure the fulfillment of annual improvement plan and committed budget optimizing the performance of the resources according with the investments applied in the Area.
• Control of the risks and contingencies linked to any new assembly development/technologies.
• Contributes to the tooling/Investment budget follow up and control. Manage and coordinate of the interdisciplinary groups from supporting Functions for the support of the Production Area (Tooling department, Production Control, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, etc).
• Support A380 FAL TLS, FAL HAM & CoE Fuselage.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing improvements in order to reduce lead‑time and costs.

Main responsabilities:

• Support A/C Final Assembly Line, coordinating all engineering tasks related to FAL assemblies including concessions, Special Instructions, Litiges, Design Query Notes, etc.
• Support Flight Test Program, guaranteeing proper A/C flight configuration (including Technical Log Book TLB signature) and coordinating problem solving activities related to development A/C’s. Lead product improvement activities, oriented to achieve a better design in terms of FAL and customers satisfaction.

• Assembly engineer responsible for definition of Section 19 assembly process and tooling requirements.
