Omar Al Husseini

I am currently the social media officer for the online card game manufacturer deepcardsgames, a brand new game designed to teach people about some of the various languages in the world including Spanish, English, German, Arabic. As a resident in Spain, I implement the advertising procedures to promote this game on Spanish ground, using major social media platforms such as TikTok.

The MENA Club is a student-based club formed by multiple students at IE University from the Mena region. As the cultural ambassador of this club, I aim to develop partnerships between different cultural, educational, and social organizations to promote cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration. As well as educate others about the history, values, customs, and traditions of my culture, in hopes of aiming to correct misconceptions and stereotypes.

I interned in the Bank al Etihad head office for around two months. Operating in the corporate banking, HR and treasury departments. I was able to conduct financial reports of businesses that cooperate with Bank Al Etihad, in addition to gaining first hand experience in how commerical banks function.
