• Monitor the routes so that they arrive on time and if they do not, ask the driver why and what has happened to know and try to resolve the incident
• Prevent possibles delays and notify the client
• Solve incidents and try to maintain the route time
• Help drivers with whatever they need and teach them the correct use of the company's software
• Work closely with other departments to inform them of possible delays or problems

At Securitas Direct I developed the technical support role unlike
other sites, here it was direct help to the technical department, manage appointments, validate signals, shipments and tracking, expansions or reductions of devices and services etc.

• Trained drivers, helpers and support workers in techniques for maximizing efficiency.
• Supported customers via telephone, email and at sites to handle escalations and product concerns.
• Planned delivery routes according to traffic, weather and types of delivery.
• Managed resources effectively to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.
