  • User Journeys: Designing and refining comprehensive user journeys.
  • User App (Web + Mobile): Developing screens and processes to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Back Office Platform: Creating an efficient platform for internal employees.
  • Operational Processes: Establishing and optimizing all operational processes.
  • Integrations: Overseeing integrations with custody services and other third-party providers, including Fireblocks, Bitgo, Idenfy, and Docusign.
