After 3+ years in FP&A team during which I've had both reporting and controlling activities, the management proposed me to change role giving me one with more responsibility. I'm actually a first level of Maserati Group's CAO and I am responsible of the following activities:

• daily controlling and forecasting of the dealer's financials positions vs Maserati SpA.
• Monthly FX Analysis with the calculation of the transactive and translative fx impact of the main currencies (CNY, USD, JPY, CHF, GBP, CAD, KRW).
• Forecasting exposure by currency and related monitoring of hedging derivatives managed by the parent company.
• Cash Flow calculation for monthly closing activities and Contributive Cash Flow forecasting for group reporting.
• Inventory monitoring for group reporting.

Actually, I'm level 2 of the CFO and for many activities (i.e. business planning and EBIT forecasting) I'm reporting directly to him.

I've started this experience as Business Controller of the General and Administrative expenses owning the responsibility of the activities done worldwide in each national sales company. I have been responsible of the following activities:

• Monthly closure activities with specific reports for parent company;
• Analysis of variance to measure and explain the main differences between Actual and Forecast scenarios;
• Prepared reports analyzing specific aspects of department structures, functions and operational procedures and recommended ways to reduce costs;
• Budgeting and forecasting activities;
• Business planning analysis considering material impacts on company's assets (i.e. analysis on facilities remodeling in order to respect both Covid restrictions and energies cost increase).

In december 2020, I entered an accelerated professional development program with the expectation of constant role rotation taking responsibility in Fx analysis measuring and controlling the impact caused by the variances of the main currencies.

Since July 2022, I was given the role of FP&A Specialist taking the responsibility for the P&L global consolidation, including the forecast of the main KPIs such as Net Revenues, Gross Margin, EBIT and R&D costs. I have to keep aligned the different company's views (managerial and statutory) and I have to report and to submit many SOX Controls to the auditors.

While I was finishing university, I started this amazing experience in the automotive sector following one of my biggest passion: cars. After 2 weeks of training, I joined the FP&A team and I supported it with daily tasks such as:

• Variance analysis of sales based on volumes and mix trends;
• Business reporting (i.e. Investor Relation, Monthly Closure, Closing Calendar);
• Other ad hoc analysis and support.

This was one of the very first working experiences in my life.

I performed accounting and budget analysis tasks. I also collaborated in compiling the periodic and comparative reporting regarding the company's financial performances. I also had the opportunity to participate in the definition of the budget for 2019.
