In summer 2018 and 2019, I worked on various farms milking cows and other farm work. The various jobs that I carried out for FRS included:

• Stacking hay bales and doing fence-work for Coolmore Stud
• Assisted farmers with feeding and watering and milking cows
• Operated tractors and self-propelled machinery to plow and fertilize soil.

• Checking ID to ensure customers were of legal age to consume alcohol - Bringing drinks to customer tables and collecting glasses
• Adhered to alcohol policies and procedures and complied with local and state laws.
• Restocked ice, condiments, and snacks.
• Restocked glassware, cleaned tables and organized supplies to meet demanding trading periods throughout shift.

• Mikey Ryan’s Bar & Kitchen is an award winning gastropub, sister property to the 5 star Cashel Palace Hotel
• Senior Barman, making various types of beverages, from cocktails to craft beer. Stock take, training staff, balancing the tills and deep cleaning the bar each night
• Trained new bartenders on drink preparation, product promotion, garnish preparation, and sanitation protocol.

• In one of the largest warehouse in Ireland - Working as part of a team - I was allocated a picking list every 10 minutes - Met my time constraints every shift
• Ensured that all orders were delivered on time and accurately to the shipping area

• Served high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory.
• Developed new signature cocktails to support bar marketing brand and increase profits.
• Remained calm and poised when dealing with difficult customers or during busy shifts.
• Maintained customer satisfaction by clarifying questions about orders and specialty items.
