  • Managing end to end recruitment processes for international markets (Spain, DACH, Italy, and UK mainly) for different departments (Sales, Marketing, Comms, Finance, HR, IT, Product, Operations, Customer Service, Creative, Content and Editorial, etc.).
  • Identifying, attracting and engaging with active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter & Talent Insights, social media channels, databases, boolean searches, networks, etc. As well as anticipating future talent needs by developing pools of potential candidates.
  • Assessing and evaluating candidates by pre-screening them, conducting telephone/video/face to face interviews, using different interview techniques, checking cultural fit, submitting feedback reports and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to identify talent needs, advising on candidates pool quality and market feedback (compensation, expectations on time to hire, etc.), ensuring consistency and quality throughout the recruitment processes and influencing on best and most effecting recruitment approaches.
  • Using HR analytics data in order to report market feedback to the business leaders, identify blockers in the recruitment process and improve and define best recruitment approaches.
  • Knowledge of different labour laws and legal regulations per regions (Spain, UK, DACH, Italy, etc.) regarding working permits and visas.
  • Using ATS for talent management: using automatization functions for candidate and workload management, creating ad-hoc recruitment workflows and getting hiring metrics that can impact the business.
  • Being responsible for creating and administering handful files and tools for recruitment, such us: hiring guides per regions, talent mapping, updating email/offer templates, creating branded content for social media, etc.
  • Fostering a positive candidate experience with effective communication, transparency, and feedback, leaving a lasting impression on potential and current talent. As well as establishing the organization as an aspirational employer of choice.
  • Employer branding: building awareness and promoting recruitment efforts through social media channels (Linkedin, Ig, etc.), making sure the brand remains consistent, authentic and professional, establishing an employer brand plan with a roadmap of activities to deliver throughout the year (targeting and taking part in relevant careers fairs and events, organizing internal talent events, positioning top performers in key business schools, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc projects: being an active contributor towards DEI initiatives, establishing a brand new onboarding project for Madrid's office, organizing ad-hoc training and workshops for hiring managers, helping on the implementation of the equity plan in Spain, developing a brand new Internship program for the company, setting up best practice's for internal promotions and collaborating with specific recruitment needs in the US and IT projects in India.
