During the COVID period I started a business selling personalised pet products to the public. This business continues as a hobby business and I cater for regular customers and gain new customers via social media and local exhibitions / fairs.

• I source products direct from China and other overseas locations
• Working from customer briefs, I personalise the standard product to create fantastic personalise pet products, hampers and memorials gifts
• Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing superior customer service.
• Researched potential partners in order to expand services offered.
• Promote business on social media platforms to maximize brand identity and generate revenue.

• Answered incoming telephone calls and responded to supplier and tenant enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Processed invoices, purchase orders and other financial paperwork in accordance with company policies.
• Assisting in the organisation of builders and tradesmen in the full renovation of 2 properties

During this period I was a full time home maker, raising 2 children, alongside supporting my husband in the running of our family business.

• Greeted customers upon entry to the store and provided a positive shopping experience.
• Restocked shelves with new merchandise when required.
• Followed company policies regarding returns, exchanges, refunds and other transactions.
• Assisted in setting up promotional displays, signage and window displays.
• Processed payments using cash register, credit card machine and POS system.
• My position was made redundant after the demise of the Ratner Jewellery chain

• Started work as an apprentice and passed all exams to become a fully qualified stylist.
• Shampooed, conditioned and blow-dried client's hair.
• Applied a variety of chemical treatments such as perming, relaxing or straightening services.
• Maintained cleanliness of salon equipment, tools and work areas.
• Attended fashion shows and other events to stay updated on new styles and techniques.
• Ensured client satisfaction with the quality of service provided.
• Assisted colleagues in setting up stations before starting a shift or closing down after it ends.
• Maintained accurate records of client's details including name, contact number, payment information.
• Greeted customers, answered phones and booked appointments.
