- Preparation of technical documentation of raw materials and finished products based on national and international legislation (Codex Alimentarius, JECFA).
- Accompaniment of industrial tests and technical advice with clients.
- Establishment, implementation, maintenance and updating of the company's Safety Management System, based on FSSC 22000.
- Management and organization of the Food Safety Team.
- Management and implementation of regulations based on client and interested party standards.
- Liaison with Senior Management to report the operation, effectiveness and changes of the Safety Management System.
- Establishment, implementation, maintenance and updating of the company's Safety Management System, based on HACCP (2013) and FSSC 22000 (2014).
- Management and organization of the Food Safety Team.

- Issuance of technical documentation required by clients, governmental and/or private organizations about the company or products such as: technical data sheets, safety data sheets, nutritional information, allergen declarations, GMO, customs, health and agricultural services.
- Assistance and monitoring of cases of non-conformities, advice to clients on issues of national food legislation (RSA) and international (Codex Alimentarius, JECFA).
