Working under the guidance of the Senior Consultant, I observe how the supply chain of each of our clients' functions and offer solutions that may improve its overall efficiency or effectiveness through the implementation and customization of Oracle's solutions. Starting with a focus on inventory management control and warehouse design, my mission is to make logistics processes more efficient and user-friendliness for the client.

• Reinventa-Tech from Oracle and its 9 partners. Training program for 45 women in Spain. Chosen Learning path: Supply Chain Management ( Inventory - Warehouse - Transportation and Global Trade). Together with a team mentor, a buddy, and some specialized workshops, I certified myself in the above specializations within SCM apart from all the basics of SCM. I was prepared at the same time in soft skills by the company Clariane HR with different dynamic workshops about personal branding, job search, and empowering women.

• Writing and editing various texts for different clients of this Marketing Agency for its Morocco's office in Oujda: Websites, brand books, social media content, blogs, etc. Writing ads for both digital and print formats. Keyword research and analysis. Implementation of copywriting tools to gather ideas and complete the SEO strategy. Text corrections for grammar, spelling, style, and SEO optimization both in English and Spanish.

• Tracking air, road and boat shipments, customer service, handling documentation, and post-shipment cost containment for international moves of workers and their families via their international companies. Working for/assisting the International Move coordinators, my tasks were mainly administrative within the Logistics/Moving department being trained to use their system and database of clients.

• Assisting Spanish and English-speaking clients with all flight-related issues for Transavia airline.
• Handling about 80 calls per day under high pressure.

• Hotel Recreation attendant during the peak season, developing team management skills and interaction with clients from the luxury sector.
• Earned Leisure and Free Time Monitor title with Audiolis.

• Teaching Spanish to adults. Strong sense of belonging to the institution. Communication skills, leadership, excellent group management, and teamwork.

• Acquired pedagogical and didactic skills in teaching Business, Economics, and Spanish to teenagers between 15-18 years old, using English as the primary language.
