My responsibilities include managing the most critical incidents for our clients, finding and resolving the root cause of problems with direct contact with clients to inform them of the progress in resolving the issues.
The technologies I work with include primarily VMware (vSAN, NSX-t, vSphere), as well as KVM (ovirt) and XEN (OVM) environments from Oracle, and Hyper-V from Microsoft.
In addition to my technical coordinator role, I actively participate in managing, setting up and upgrading our platforms, as well as migrating new clients to T-Systems' infrastructure with carbon Copy and HCX. I also participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation every 5 weeks.

As a Wintel administrator, I provided technical support for a range of enterprise environments, including NT4, W2000, and W2003 servers and services. The key areas of expertise include Active Directory Domain Controllers, Microsoft Exchange services, File and cluster services, including Standard and Microsoft clusters, SAN Administration and Cluster Services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Other activities included to manage emergency incidents and performed recovery procedures on highly available systems, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid restoration of critical services.

• I managed Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, basic administration of Lotus Notes. Deployment and management of TrendMicro Office-Scan antivirus software. Managed backup operations using Veritas Backup Exec. Handled basic administration of Citrix environments.
  In this role, I developed a strong foundation in system administration, network services, and IT security, contributing to the stability and security of the company's IT infrastructure.
