  • Started small with a four-member team after purchasing the Productive Unit of IBINSER in 2013. Balancing new company launch and bankruptcy proceedings during initial years.
  • Today we are 65+ staff members, 7,3 m€ revenue and the most profitable office of the Group.
  • Successfully achieved outstanding outcomes by implementing transformation in March'20 onto self managed teams organization. We have developed our leaders into highly committed individuals who fostered a collaborative culture and fostered a sense of ownership.
