Currently working on a Viking river longship on the Rhine river. My tasks involve, but are not limited to:
-Reception and concierge service: assisting guests with questions, concerns or issues, arranging transfers to and out of the ship, preparing necessary paperwork for all departments, daily schedule devising, etc.
-Disembarkation and embarkation handling: dispatching and receiving new guests, doing the check-in and check-out, making sure transfers arrive and leave on time, etc.
-General sales and account handling.
-Next cruise preparation: making sure all necessary paperwork and administration is ready before each cruise begins.
-Excursion group organization and excursion selling, as well as assisting guests with any questions about the excursions themselves and provide information about the port where we are docked, furthermore offering different options to our own outings would the guest prefer so.
-Security rounds (as night auditor), as well as general onboard security and safety knowledge, etc.

Collect information needed for a great number of statistics and public opinion surveys on the phone on a daily basis. Ask questions and type the answers into a program used specifically for the smooth performance of these studies. My good communication skills, efficient time management and computer competences make me a very reliable worker.

Through the web application E2F I produced quality transcriptions and transcription corrections for a plethora of audio files with varying degrees of intelligibility in English, Catalan and Spanish, using a more verbatim style of transcription.

Worked on the streets promoting the NGO our company was hired by, approaching people and offering monthly subscriptions to it. My confidence, great social skills and assertiveness made me become one of the best promoters in the company for most of the time I worked for it, usually ensuring the longest-lasting subscriptions

Gave private language lessons to people that found me through digital platforms (Discord, Skype...), be it by organizing small groups where I taught the basics of a target language (generally Catalan, Spanish or English), or by providing more thorough lessons individually. Used different types of material, from books to videos, to exercises.
