Manager.

He is fulfilling all requirements as per JD.

Michael is taking great care of the Italian Administration works and has an in-depth knowledge on this topics.

Michael was assigned several weeks of his Contract as a watch leader and performed very well in this function.

He is ready for promotion and we would be pleased to see him as a first Officer in near Future
