I covered the position of Store manager for a bit longer than 3 months at the end of my time in the company during my time in the company as a department manager and store manager I worked on improving the following points:
I worked in Bershka and Stradivarius, when I started in the company they had just implemented a system called 25, as I was the only one who spoke Spanish and English I was the first to learn how it worked and train the rest of the team, this system is used to do control check. I was also in charge of managing shipments of over stock after sales back to the main stockroom in Spain.
I worked for the company while I was studying my degree at University, without a doubt from my experience as a visual merchandiser I learnt the importance of attention to detail and how to take the right commercial decisions.
