• Restructuring HR-Global Mobility function,
• Offer guidance in European/local applicable laws in the context of company merger & acquisition,
• Identify gaps in existing HR compliance processes,
• Developed and implemented corrective action plans for non-compliance issues (risk assessment),
• Advise on challenging daily cases with problem-solving mindset,
• Establish policies (Home Working, Mobility) in line with company's strategy (cost reduction, business implementation) and European law,
• Building strong relationships with external providers (Legal firm, relocation agencies),
• Data Analytics, Training to internal vendors (TA, PBP, Managers).

Mainly focus Belux. 60 assignments per year.

• Advise executives (CEO), project managers, assignees for all mobility topics related to Benelux,
• Collaborate with legal vendors/counterparts to find best assignment structure for industry to reduce costs (cost projection, benchmark),
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure mobility & HR practices are align with Home/Host/European legislations (social law, taxes, business trips, Schengen area etc…),
• Day-to-day cases management (drafting corporate documents, HR processes). Outsourcing project. Internal processes improvement,
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

French scope. 120 employees.

• Create employment contract/offer letters templates in respect of French legislation,
• Managed full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding/off boarding new employees in respect of French legislation,
• Elaborate HR processes to improve efficiency of HR Department and employee experience,
• Identified HR training needs for employees/leadership while recommending approaches to effect continual improvements in business productivity,
• Establish HR tools to help company improve talent retention and reach business goals (company branding, skills matrix, annual appraisal, recruitment),
• Drive HRIS implementation from scratch.

170 employees spread in 15 countries.

• France only: Performed negotiation of collective agreements with employee representatives (Forfait jour, homeworking), consultation on specific procedures, election organization.
• France/Morocco : Acting as first specialist for internal/external stakeholders on all HR matters (social security/healthcare, absence & timing etc...) payroll management.
• International : Drive global HR processes (global internal company rules, succession plan, training plan, HR events,).
