I started in the kitchen with the mice and place which soon became my duty station. After a few months i got promoted to side dishes as well. Next to my formal duty station the team taught me recipes so i could strengthen the team during peak hours.
Support multiple events where i both served and made cold plates and plate decoration. Highlighting the ‘tuindagen' with 8.000+ guests.
Extra: representing the company at holiday parks while giving out hundreds of flyers. Delivering food by bike to guests.
Responsible for warm lunch and finger food in a restaurant that focuses on high volume: over 50+ tables including a terrace.
